Medium Turret Progressing Nicely
The design on the medium turret is coming along nicely. We have decided that we will use click-locks to hold the eyepieces in place. This will allow you to focus each eyepiece separately at the start of your nights viewing so you don’t need to refocus when you rotate to a new one! Eventually we will design and build our own click-locks but for now we will be using the very good Baader ones.
We are also going to have nice little eyepiece covers as you can see in the renders below which have our logo on them. This will help with stray light and fogging as well as looking pretty cool!
